    Do not ask a question about there practices are you will be rudely treated. They act like they are doing you a favour and act very unprofessional. I got charged for an extra half hour that the repair man was not at my house because apparently they charge for the time it takes them to get to the job. Even if they have to leave and come back and even if they leave 15 mins early. To me this was a valid question. Tho the rude response that I would be sweating my balls off for weeks if I didn't go with them is unacceptable. Very rude and will not be going to them again.
